By Road

From M25 JCT 7 Take M23 (signposted Gatwick Airport), then A23 (signposted Brighton). Take the A27, then A22, following signs to Eastbourne. Once in Eastbourne follow A259 (signposted Pevensey Bay), follow signs to Sovereign Harbour Village.

From M25 JCT 6 Take A22 through East Grinstead and Uckfield following signs for Eastbourne. Once in Eastbourne town centre at Lottbridge Roundabout take Lottbridge Drove onto the A259 (signposted Pevensey Bay), then follow signs to Sovereign Harbour Village.

From M25 JCT 5 Take A21 through Tunbridge Wells, take A26 (signposted Lewes). Join A22 at Black Down roundabout, following signs for Eastbourne. At Lottbridge roundabout take the first exit signposted Pevensey Bay, then follow A259 to Sovereign Harbour Village.

Once at Sovereign Harbour Village, enter the Waterfront public car park. Bates Wharf (Southern) Ltd can be found in the showroom beneath the Sovereign Harbour Yacht Club.

By Air

London Gatwick is less than an hour away by direct rail link or 90 minutes by car. Visitors arriving at Heathrow can transfer to Gatwick by coach to catch train services or take the tube to London Victoria for train and coach services to Eastbourne.

By Rail

From London: Trains leave London Victoria regularly and take approximately 1 ½ hours to reach Eastbourne.

From East and West: South central trains connect to Eastbourne with Lewes and Brighton to the west and Hastings and Rye to the east.

We are a short taxi ride from Eastbourne station; alternatively bus routes are available to Sovereign Harbour North.
